 3 Put the meat in it and mix well and cook on medium heat for five to seven minutes, then reduce the heat (in case of chicken, cook on medium heat).

 4 When the meat is half-chopped, add potato pieces and yoghurt mixed with yellow color.

 5 When potatoes are melted, add fried onions, tomatoes, aloe vera (half a cup of water) and put it on low heat.

 6 Wash the rice and soak it for 15 to 20 minutes, then add finely chopped ginger and curry leaves in salted water and boil the rice in it for three to four minutes.
