How to make Homemad samosa
1 oil for deep frying
2 Custom Chutney or Peshawari Chol (see recipe on next pages)
Preparation of samosa shell
1 Combine flour and salt in a bowl
2 Using plenty of water, knead it into a strong and stable dough
3 Divide the kneaded dough into 6 equal parts
4 Shape each section into an oval shape of 125 mm x 50 mm (5 inches x 2 inches) and set aside
For filling
1 Heat oil in a pan
2 Add onion to oils and fry till onion becomes transparent
3 Add all the ingredients except coriander and combine well
4 Coverand cook on low heat for 5 minutes
